Order Information Privacy and Security
We currently use the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol to safeguard your information, including your credit card information, during all phases of online transactions. None of the people who have made purchases through web site using SSL, have reported fraudulent use of their credit card as a result of a previous online order. If you are not comfortable sending your credit card information online, please e-mail a sales representative or give us a call at (631) 724-7621 and speak to us directly or leave a message.
NEVER include your credit card number or other sensitive information in unencrypted e-mail. In the extremely unlikely event that we ever do suspect a client's credit card number has been intercepted, we will immediately notify the client.
Appointment policy
- We require 24 Hour notice for cancellation of any appointments* "last Minute cancellations"
that fall with in 24 hours are subject to a 50% (of the service value) fee which is used to pay the therapist for their lost appointment time slot.
- No-Show appointments will be billed the full fee of the scheduled appointment*
- If a individual cancels with in the 24 hours limit more than 2 times he or she will be required to use a C/C in order to secure future appointments.
* when you make an appointment at one of our facilities, we set time aside specially for you, last minute cancellations and "no-shows" hinder our ability to provide you with quality massage care at reasonable prices.
Gift Certificates
- Gift Certificates ARE transferable to any other person.
- Treatments will only be provided for the individual presenting the valid gift certificate.
- Gift Certificates can only be redeemed for the service specified on the gift certificate form
- Gift Certificates will expire on the date set forth on the gift certificate certificate
- Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash, gratuity or product.
- Price increase differential applicable for gift certificates that are purchased prior to rate increases.
- Appointments booked but not attended are considered redeemed
- Appointments should be canceled 24 hours prior to appointment time, all G.C. not canceled 24 hrs prior to the scheduled appointment may be considered redeemed

- All 3rd party gift certificates; cannot be redeemed with current / ongoing specials. Regular treatment rates apply plus a $5 processing fee.
- Gift Certificates can be broken up into separate services, however the gift certificate can only be redeemed as its Cash Value. What ever the purchase price was, that is the Cash Value Equivalent that can be applied to any service.
No Fault Policies
client guarantees full responsibility for payment while under "no fault insurance" coverage. Should the insurance company default on the payment because of client negligence or excessive frequency of adjunctive treatments you the client are responsible for the full fee due unless other arrangements have been made.
Health Products - Creams, Lotions, Oils, Supplements Etc.
We stand behind the quality of all the products that we sell, either on-line or in the office. Some products such as essential oils, supplements, or ceramic fiber products are "consumable" and cannot be returned. Only un-opened consumable Non consumable products can be returned for a store credit. Affiliate companies are fully responsibility for their claims and products. Refunds on products purchased from affiliate web sites must be addressed directly with those respective companies.

Credit card
We do not keep credit card numbers of file except when arrangements are made for auto payments or rolling accounts for very frequent guests or family plans.
All credit card purchases of $100 or less are subject to a 5$ handling fee. Higher credit card values are subject to higher handling fees. This is one way we are able to keep prices so low.
